How do I know how much alcohol to buy?

That is what we are here for! We can discuss the types of alcohol you prefer and give you different options based on our expertise. You can find a list of common drinks here.
Do you supply cups?
Yes. Our full service package includes all the cups and drink necessities including garnishes!
State of Michigan liquor law does not allow us to sell you alcohol directly. For this reason, we also cannot do a cash bar. We will connect you with our local liquor store. They sell at state minimum pricing to guarantee you the best pricing on liquor. You can also purchase beer, wine, seltzers, etc, from them, or you can source those from a store of your choosing. Once we have your alcohol quantities and preferences, we will coordinate with the liquor store to place the order. You will receive an invoice via email for the order to purchase your alcohol. From there, you can facilitate pickup yourself, or we can coordinate pickup and transportation to the venue.
We can help you estimate this. We factor in a number of considerations in our estimates, including guest count, hours, signature drinks, and types of alcohol. Ultimately, you know your guests best, so if you are expecting lighter drinkers, or a preference towards a specific type of alcohol, just let us know - we can account for this.
What if I want bride and groom drinks, but I have no idea what kind?
We will help you figure that out based on how many guests, types of drinks, and length of reception. Most events require 2-3 bartenders.
How do I book Grand Rapids Bartending for my wedding?
Due to the volume of requests we receive, we require a deposit to save your date. We also require you to sign a contract to complete your booking.
